While the manga has never specified an exact age, it was confirmed by Kishimoto that Naruto was between 12-13 during Part 1 of the manga. Sasuke Uchiha’s age has been confirmed to still be 25 who was born on October 23rd which means that Naruto is now 16 at the start of Shippuden.

Due to time skips, everyone in Naruto has aged normally except for Rock Lee and Tenten who are the same age as they were when they first became Genin during Part 1 (Naruto was 12). When we see both Rock Lee and Tenten again in Shippuden, they are shown to be adults; however, their exact age isn’t revealed in any official source like it has been for Naruto and his friends above.

The fourth great ninja war takes place 2 1/2 years after Sasuke Uchi returns to Konoha with Orochimaru and Kabuto joining him. The exact day it took place was October 10th which means that Naruto was about 14 at the time and Sasuke, Sakura, and the other rookie 9 Genin were about 16-17 years old.

The exact age of Naruto’s father is unknown although he was alive during the fourth great ninja war which means that he would have to be at least in his 20s if not early 30s by now since it took place 2 1/2 years ago. 6. How Did Naruto’s Father Die?

Naruto’s father died fighting the Kyuubi no Yoko which was sealed inside of him by his wife, Kushina Uzumaki, who gave birth to Naruto prematurely due to the fear that she would lose her husband in the process.

The Kyuubi was attacking Konoha at the time and Minato Namikaze, Naruto’s father, used a jutsu to seal the Kyuubi inside of Naruto instead of himself since he was already marked for death because his wife had just given birth.

The Kyuubi no Yoko was too powerful for him to seal it inside of himself so he sealed it inside of Naruto instead who only survived the attack thanks to Kushina’s quick actions.

7. How Old is Konohamaru?

Konohamaru is the grandson of Hiruzen Sarutobi who was Naruto’s teacher during his time at the Ninja Academy and has been a Jounin sensei for Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke.
